Hello everyone,

I’m building a new kind of social network, similar to X or Threads, but

• math equation (in-line and block level), markdown, and multi-media upload support (image, video, audio, and file)
• post is composable by multiple media block
• able to filter content by media type (text, image, video, files, etc)

Why I have this idea?

• reading machine learning research discussion in X is really annoying, posts are broken into numerous small threads
• user unable to directly upload blog like multi media content, like file or audio
• it is hard and inefficient to find the desired people given current platform

Synapse supports any media format, including audio, file, location, and events. Each media type is an individual object, user can stack different objects in one post in any order, just like LEGO bricks.
